Somehow another year has gone by, and today marks the Full Crow Moon of 2017. The Native Americans so named it because it is the last full moon of winter and the cawing of crows heralds the coming of spring. It is also known as the “Worm Moon” because the ground begins to thaw about now.
All of which makes it even more depressing that we are supposed to get a major snowstorm starting tomorrow evening. But I take comfort in the fact that the last couple of predicted stormageddons have been flops. Let’s hope this one is too.
